Cancellations
Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice will not be charged. Cancellations received with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged the full cost of the reservation. Your reservation is collected in full 7 days prior to your date of arrival. Please keep this in mind and ensure you make changes before this date as all fees collected at this point are non-refundable. <b>For Group Reservations, Free Cancellation ends 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation within those 30 days are subject to a cost of 50% of total reservation. A group reservation is any booking consisting of more than two rooms.

Early Departure / Delayed Arrivals / Late Checkouts
Late / Delayed arrivals are not subject to a refund of any kind. Early departures are not guaranteed a refund of any kind. Complimentary late checkouts until 11 am are available but must be arranged through the front desk and should not be assumed. All unplanned late checkouts are subject to a charge of $100 per hour.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check in time is any time after 3pm on the day of your arrival. If you will be arriving later than 10pm, please give us a call to let us know. Please have your ID and Credit Card at hand for checking in. At least one guest on reservation needs to be at least 18 years of age. Check-out time is by 10am on the day of your departure.

Continental Breakfast (Grab n Go)
Breakfast is pre-ordered and can be picked up at the office between 7am-11am. Breakfast forms will be available upon checking in or via a link in your welcome email. We advise our guests to fill out form prior to checking in as this eases the process. Forms need to be filled out online or handed in to Front Desk by 9pm. Please note, breakfast is grab and go continental and not a fancy full breakfast menu. We offer this to aid our guests in grabbing something early before heading out for their day’s adventures. You can click the button below to fill out the breakfast form if you are a guest. Please have your reservation number and name ready.

Balance of Payment/Credit Cards
Payment is required 7 days prior to check-in date. If this is not collected, we will cancel your reservation. Any additional fees such as Pet Fees or Retail Fees are collected upon checking in and may be paid with Cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard.
Though we do accept all major credit cards, we prefer Visa or MasterCard.

Parking
Free parking is provided for all guests. There is one parking space for each room. If you bring more than one vehicle, please inform the front desk prior to arrival as we cannot guarantee that we will have space for it during busy times, and it will take parking away from other guests with just one vehicle. There is limited parking available for larger vehicles, please contact us ahead of booking. Motorcycles must park at least 2 to a spot. Please consult with Front Desk if you have any questions about parking at the motel.

Service Dog/Pet & Emotional Support Animal Policy
We welcome Service Dogs as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Belle Isle Family complies with the ADA, state, and local laws regarding Service Animals. Also, we do allow pets in some of our rooms. Currently, however, dogs are the only pets we allow on our premises.
If you are bringing a pet or service dog, we ask that you inform our team at the time of booking so we can prepare for your arrival. Pet fees begin at $35 per night. All dogs are to remain under the control of the owner, whether by voice command, leash, or harness and may not be left unattended in your hotel room. All animals must be on leash when in public areas on our property. Any animal may be asked to leave the premises if either (a) it is a direct threat to the health or safety of others, or (2) it would result in substantial physical damage to the property of others, or (3) it substantially interferes with the reasonable enjoyment of the accommodations by others. ALL dog owners MUST clean up after their dog.
Guests traveling with a service dog will not be charged a pet cleaning fee. However, charges may be incurred, should a service animal damage or soil the premises.
Animals, including emotional support, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and/or state and local laws, and will be charged the regular pet fees. Pets are not allowed on any motel furniture. We reserve the right to not provide accommodation or ask a guest to leave the premises should they be in violation of any of our policies.
Our usual cancellation policy will apply if this occurs.

Pool Rules
The Belle Isle Motel offers a seasonal heated pool to its guests. Pool is open for use between Memorial Day (Last week in May) – September 30 each year. The pool is open from 8am – 9pm (or when darkness falls). Children under the age of 18 years MUST be accompanied by an adult and will never be allowed to swim alone. Absolutely NO pets in our pool. Campfire Rules
There is one main camp style firepit available on property at Belle Isle. Fires are allowed ONLY in the firepit provided. Please, No open fires! Fires must never be left unattended with children around. Children and pets are not allowed to play in the vicinity of firepits. Maine State Law prohibits firewood from being brought in from other states. Firewood is provided by our maintenance who will continue to man the fire as best as possible. If fire needs more wood, adults are allowed to add provided wood to the fire. S’more kits are available at the office for purchase.
